The service concept
One of the main objectives of the Transima Group company is to satisfy the requests and the needs of the client with its own capabilities, knowledge, products and services while looking to respond to their needs with punctuality, quality and trustworthiness in the complete philosophy of continuous improvement.
The Transima Group is always searching for productive, commercial and organizational improvement. For this reason, it includes its own human and technological resources in its policies and it develops efficient internal and external communication systems so that the goals are reached.
The UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification and the new certifications in progress confirm the process of improvement that is present in the entire company network.
QUALITY POLITICS OF THE TRANSIMA GROUP
UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 regulations
TRANSIMA GROUP has defined and implemented a product/market strategy that is aimed at identifying the requirements of the market and to define and describe correctly the qualifying services of the products that are offered to the client.
TRANSIMA GROUP has these main objectives:
- The satisfaction of the requirements and the expectations of the client.
- Favor continuous improvement both from the position of the product and service as from the organization of the group.
- The search for solutions to improve the work environment, health and safety of our employees.
To obtain these objectives, three companies of the Group have equipped themselves with a System for Quality Management that responds to the UNI-EN-ISO 9001:2008 regulations.
Quality Politics are re-examined continuously by the Company Managements that assume the following commitments:
- The individualization of activities relevant to the quality of service and responsibility of the Group.
- The organization of quality controls necessary to guarantee the quality of the product while identifying nonconformities and the possible solutions.
- Monitor office morale to promote improvements in the work environment both from the safety point of view as from the work process
- Periodically update the documents of the System of Quality (Company Quality Manual, Organizational Procedures, Operative Manuals, Safety Plans) to guarantee a continuous improvement in line with the necessities of the Group.
The Quality Service, present in every certified company, has the task of periodically verifying the realization of this policy on behalf of all the company functions that directly influence Quality.
